Quote requests are delivered by email to the Epoxy Pro Leads team using Proton Mail SMTP.
Contractor introductions

Epoxy Pro Leads may share submitted project details and contact information with one or more qualified contractors for the purpose of responding to your request.
Submitting a form does not obligate you to hire a contractor, accept an estimate, or proceed with a flooring project.
Contractors who receive lead information may contact you directly by phone, text message, or email.
Call tracking and recording
Phone calls may be tracked through CallRail
Epoxy Pro Leads uses CallRail dynamic number insertion and call tracking to understand which website visits generate phone inquiries.
CallRail may collect information such as the caller's phone number, call time, call duration, referral source, and pages visited before the call.
When call recording is enabled, callers are notified through a greeting that the call may be recorded.
